Experience
Mina Kim concentrates her practice on structured finance and securitization transactions. She is experienced in representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of securitization transactions. She also has experience in representing issuers, placement agents, investment banks and collateral managers in connection with ABS CDOs and CLOs. She has represented clients in private and public securities offerings and other forms of financing involving a wide variety of assets, including residential mortgages, auto leases and auto loans.
