Experience 
Nanak Keswani is a UK qualified associate in our London office and joined the team in 2007. He has experience acting for arrangers and other parties on a wide variety of multi-jurisdictional structured finance transactions including asset-backed commercial paper programs, credit-linked note programs, CFOs and capital market transactions. Nanak also has extensive experience of credit default swaps and repackaging. Nanak is conversant in French.
