Experience
Dominic Griffiths is a respected banking and structured finance lawyer and heads Mayer Brown’s leveraged finance group in London. He represents banks, financial institutions and corporations across a broad spectrum of international financing transactions.
Dominic’s practice is particularly focused on matters of asset-based lending, acquisition finance and securitisation. He has in-depth experience with regard to European cross-border secured loans, trade receivables financings, mortgage-backed securitisations, CDOs and project financings. Dominic also represents clients engaged in the structuring and execution of finance transactions in Italy and the emerging markets. Dominic worked with law firms in London and Milan prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2005. Also in 2005, he was named Second Prize Winner, “Solicitor of the Year,” by The Lawyer Awards. Dominic is conversant in Italian.
