Experience
Carrie Gallagher concentrates her practice on pension investment and ERISA fiduciary matters. She advises on the structuring and offering of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds for fund sponsors as well as pension plans and other institutional investors.
Carrie also advises pension plans, pooled investment vehicles and investment managers regarding fiduciary and compliance matters and the structuring of investment entities and products for pension plans and other institutional investors. In addition, she advises on the application of the ERISA fiduciary rules and prohibited transaction rules to such arrangements, and represents clients in connection with ERISA compliance matters.
Carrie was an associate at Mayer Brown from 2001 to 2004 and rejoined the firm in 2005.
