Experience
Dr. Petra Eckl focuses on national, European and international corporate taxation. She inter alia provides advice on M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings or the implementation and structuring of funds for industry, bank and insurance clients and individuals and also has experience in tax litigation. She is a lecturer at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt. Petra joined Mayer Brown in 2008 after working for an international audit firm and two other law firms specialized on taxation. She is fluent in English in addition to the native German and speaks French and Spanish.
