Jeffrey P. Cantrell advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and international structured finance transactions, asset and mortgage-backed securitizations, and various capital markets undertakings, including financial instruments and certain types of fixed income trading activities. In addition, Mr. Cantrell has extensive experience advising clients on a range of international tax planning matters, on the tax aspects of private investment funds and REITs, and on M&A tax and certain partnership tax matters. Mr. Cantrell also represents clients in tax controversy matters, including those involving financing and leasing transactions.
