Experience
David M. Bamlango is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice who focuses his practice on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions and on general corporate representation. In his leveraged finance practice, David represents agents, lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured lending transactions, debt restructuring and workouts. David’s structured finance practice involves the representation of issuers, sponsors, underwriters and collateral managers in structured finance transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, collateralized debt obligations and other types of assets securitization.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown and its Chicago office in 2007, David worked as an equity analyst for an investment management firm in Chicago.
David is fluent in French, Swahili and Lingala.
